Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Aston Elite Ltd is looking for a bright, personable and experienced Administrator to join the HR department of our well-established client based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. You will be a fast learner with strong organisational and administrative skills gained, ideally, within an HR background, though not essential.


Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Populating templated information onto system.
  • Data entry and document management.
  • Answering incoming calls, filtering queries and forwarding accordingly.
  • Setting up new starters on the system: –
    • references checking
    • inputting details
    • registering passwords
    • system updates


Experience required for the HR Administrator:

  • Strong administrative skills;proactive and organised with an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service and Admin based role. HR background an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT knowledge including MS Office; systems savvy.
